Spectrum Paradigm Sdn. Bhd. is proud to have participated in the Engineers’ Day Programme, held on 24 September 2025, in collaboration with the Electrical Technology Section, Kolej Vokasional Seberang Perai.
This initiative reflects Spectrum Paradigm’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, particularly under the Social (S) pillar, by supporting education, skills development, and workforce readiness. The programme also forms part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts in nurturing future engineering professionals through meaningful industry engagement.
Spectrum Paradigm was represented by our Commercial Manager, Ts. Muhammad Shafie bin Hj. Ghazalli, who contributed as a panel member for the Final Year Project presentations. His involvement provided students with constructive technical feedback, industry insights, and professional guidance aligned with current engineering standards and market expectations.
In line with the national Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) agenda, Spectrum Paradigm continues to support industry–academia collaboration by sharing practical knowledge and promoting employability-focused learning.
